  “Customer service is good before you give them your money. However, if you need warranty work, look out!!! They will blame the lower end parts as being cheap and it's normal for them to not function properly. The bike was less than one year old, a call to the manufacturer would've solved the issue, but they would not. I ended up doing the warranty work myself. Not to mention they put a nice big chip in the paint on the top tube, while it was there getting looked at.”
