“When I brought my dads OLD ten speed, they were VERY polite about not being able to fix it. We went to another bike store, and they were awfully rude about it. But Pro Bike was very polite, and they told me that it would be a danger to ride if we did fix it, because it was bent. But we did get another bike there, and it is very well working.
