They will blame the lower end parts as being cheap and it's normal for them to not function properly. The bike was less than one year old, a call to the manufacturer would've solved the issue, but they would not. I ended up doing the warranty work myself. Not to mention they put a nice big chip in the paint on the top tube, while it was there getting looked at.”
