  “ll I wanted was a tuneup and someone to check my tires and tubes. Walked around the store for 10 minutes and no one bothered to ask if I needed help. There were 4 workers in the store at the time and the only other customer was a policeman...and he was asked if he needed any help. This is the second time I've felt the same aloofness from personnel. I get the impression that if you are just a weekend or occasional rider, they could care less about you. I purchased a bike from them several years ago shortly after they opened and the owner at the time was over-the top helpful. Time to review Customer Relations 101.”
