  “Bought a bike, it was a hard sell. Expect attention from a teenager if your not buying something expensive. Brought the bike back for free adjustments within the 1K miles of purchase, nothing was done to it. It still required adjustments to the front and rear derailleur and the wheels weren't trued up as I asked. They put clip pedals on the bike at the time of purchase and I recently upgraded to clipless. The shop I brought it to made several attempts to remove the old pedals because they were on so tight. This was not the result of use, this was the result of the service department's inexperience and using excessive pressure. At $90 an hour for repair one would expect more. Needless to say I will never return to Pedal Power in Acton due to poor service, overpriced items and a push to purchase the most expensive accessories.”
