  “Left my bike with them ALL DAY one day last July to fix a simple shifting problem. They worked on it for SIX HOURS. Put on a new chain (wrong size) and derailleur on my touring bike (Trek 520). The new derailleur was a mountain bike derailleur and you never put a MB derailleur on a touring bike. Charged me $85 and did not fix the problem. I finally fixed it myself two days later. Worst bike mechanic I have ever seen and I've been biking for 35 years. When I got back home I returned the chain and derailleur via mail and asked for my money back. Never heard from them.”
