  “Ed is knowledgeable about bikes. He chargers an absorbent rate for his services, and he charges unfairly. I had a tandem in his shop to unjam a nut above the front forks. When I went to pick up the bike Ed said every thing was good, he said everything felt good as he pushed the bike in a circle. so I took her home. As I rode the bike I noticed the steering pulled to the right or the left. I bent down to look at the area where the fork went into the body of the bike and noticed that there was an extra end collar in the mix of things( I' m not saying his shop did it) but being a bicycle mechanic how can you miss it when the front forks have been removed. Any professional can tell when a bike steering is pulling to the right or left and know why. I called him back about this issue. he told me he didn't see that issue when he had it apart. He said I could bring it back and he said he'd charge me to remove the forks and take it out. Don't waste your time at that shop, because he will get you in the long run for the fix and then the re-fix.”
