  “I appreciated the owner and workers at Omega last year when I was hunting for a bike seat that would work for me - they were endlessly patient in swapping them out and letting me try them till I found a good one.
  
  And they continue the fabulous service. It's apparently Thorn Season right now, and I keep picking up thorns and getting flats. They're quick to fix them for me, they gave me a break on the third flat in three days, they were meticulous about picking out thorns. And just now they stayed open late to make sure that not only did I have the latest flat fixed, but with a better inner tube and slime ... and all done with a smile and great good humour.
  
  I'm very happy that they're my local bike shop!”
