The Doctor is in, and he knows how to treat a distressed or troubled bicycle. Doctor Roscoe may be seen in many places: In his shop behind the bike stand, down at the Bingen Skate Park on a Redline Device G7 (though he's really not that good), on a gravity bike on one of the Gorge's steep and curvy paved roads, riding the Oregon coast, or throwing his bike in the back of a truck to cross the Hood River Bridge.
