Bad Service
“Tried to get 2 spokes repaired and all Chris the Tech was trying to do was sell me on replacing the entire rim. He called and wanted to fix other minor problems with bike and when I said no he called back and said he couldnt fix the rim.. Between him and the guy at the front desk will never set foot in there again.....” -

“Overall I would say that BikeBeat in Kempsville is a great bike shop. Especially for beginners like myself. If you are scared to ask questions or get started on biking to work, for leisure or serious biking, they got the answers. Be sure to ask for Aaron or Daryl or Mike. Sure some helpful people there. Unlike a department store bike salesman.”
