  “Tried to get 2 spokes repaired and all Chris the Tech was trying to do was sell me on replacing the entire rim. He called and wanted to fix other minor problems with bike and when I said no he called back and said he couldnt fix the rim.. Between him and the guy at the front desk will never set foot in there again.....”
