TomCat Bikes is an independent bicycle repair shop located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Portland, OR. Repair and restoration of any bike, including e-bikes. Sales of refurbished bikes and parts. A wide selection of new parts and accessories. New bikes from Surly and All City. Workshop is open Tuesday through Saturday 11 am to 6pm. Pickup and delivery to and from your work, school and home can be scheduled.
