Astonishingly bad
“I accompanied a friend who took his bike to be repaired, and he received poor service and they spoke to him condescendingly and the owner actually told him to Fu*k off. I was stunned that anyone would actually treat a customer in this way. I personally will never bring any of my cycling equipment there nor will I buy anything there.” -

Very poor service
“This shop told me that my bike would be finished over a weekend. I gave them the bike Thursday, the following Monday I went to this shop and they had not even ordered a part for it. The part they needed was a bit more expensive, but I told them to order it. They explained to me they could overnight it(this being on Monday). I went in Thursday, and STILL nothing had been done to the bike.\n \nFinally late Friday after much effort on my part(remember, they said the bike would be finished that Monday), they finished the brake.\n \nThe owner then told me to get the Fu*k out of his shop.\n \nI would and do recommend to everybody that I know to NEVER use this shop.\n \nTuesday I will be taking my bike to a real shop as I am convinced from the attitude of both the owner and the employees that my bike has not been repaired to a safe level. ”
