Outspokin Bicycles has been serving the Tampa Bay cycling community for over 20 years. We started with one shop in Clearwater and through providing a premium rider experience, offering our community quality bicycles, and second-to-none technical knowledge; we were able to add a second location in South Tampa over 10 years ago. Specialized Bicycle Components (SBC) is our Brand of choice. We carry the most innovative bicycles, equipment, accessories, and apparel that cater to ALL riders.
