One of the foundational concepts of Service Cycle is to provide direct service to the customer. Your time is valuable. Loading your bicycle into/onto the car, driving it to a shop for repair, drop off, waiting a week (more?), then going back for pick up . . . it all takes a lot of your valuable time. Time you should be spending riding. Service Cycle aims to remove to hassles of transporting your bicycle to a shop by bringing the shop to you. We offer On-site services as well as pick-up and drop-off for our more advanced repairs, WE do all the driving. Pick up and drop off can be arranged for your convenience. Mornings before work or evenings are no problem. We strive to achieve quality one-on-one bicycle service for Connecticut cyclists.
