IOG Bike Fit and Consulting offers a suite of services for cyclists and triathletes aiming to improve preparation and performance. Founded in 2015, the original IOG studio is based in Niwot, Colorado just minutes from downtown Boulder and is surrounded by some of the best cycling in the country. IOG’s clients range from novice athletes just entering their sport right through to Olympic and Professional competitors. No matter the ability or skill level, IOG’s approach to bike fit, performance advising and equipment consulting drives confidence in all of our clients, allowing them to maximize their potential – on the bike and beyond.
